and so, just like that, bank holiday weekend is at end
the weather was absolutely brilliant, a taste of spring is upon us.
saturday was work, badminton, gardening and touching up on the assignments.
sunday was work, badminton, gardening AND touching up on the assignment.
today was sleep-in, cooking, driving class, baking AND touching up on the assignments
with all the assignment touched up, u would think iam done with it ritE?
nope.. far from it.
iam so stressed about it, i actually dreamt of mrs C yesterday nite.
i swear i make MYSELF laugh

i should be a director.
god knows i have the imagination.
ask me friends, they'll say the same

on a lighter note, the instructor told me to book me test, and the earliest date i could get was 1 july 2008. so.. yeah..iam ready ahuh!

baked a cake today
was a complete 'mare.
1st up, it was too sweet. was suppose to use caster sugar, but instead, i used demerara sugar.
and when i had to turn it out from its tin, the cake when.. 'plop!'
ruined!
heck, i just topped it off with some Cornish ice cream.
and dessert was done.
will post the recipe tho, coz even with all the disaster, it was brilliant! i might do it for Eid.
its real simple, and doesnt use flour! :0

ive come to realize how ignorant people of the world are.
its a bit sad.
i watched the last king of Scotland yesterday, for the 3rd time.
itts amazing how all those things happened rite under our nose.
iam not surprised i guess.. it was 1970's
and its 2008 now.
its still happening

i would love to visit bhutan one day actually.
how did i come to know about this country?
i remember when i was a kid, my brother use to tease me.. 'ure from a country named bhutan' u know how kids are.. we say mean things like 'father and mother found u in the dumpster!' (and no, my brothers never said it to me)
we use to try and figure out the most embarrassing country name, and just tease each other about how we came from that country!
nvm, so yes.. thats how i discovered about bhutan.
then it came into light when i was looking at the map.
iam ignorant too, i wont lie. i didnt know that morroco was in africa. i always thought that it was in the middle east. and ive always thought malta was one of the Caribbean island. never thought it was in europe.
and hell, i didnt even know that finland neighboring country was russia.

i guess, we all have our moments heh?
i dream of travelling the world, doesnt look like its gonna happen. but i will keep on hoping, and i will keep on dreaming and i will keep on trying to make it happen.
after all, isnt that the least we can do?

i wonder how many parents out there let go of their dream because of their kids?
i wonder if my mum ever wanted to travel the world.
i never thought of what she wants. iam learning tho. iam a spolit brat, iam trying to change.
wait, whats wrong with being a spoilt brat?
my family never complained.
my friends doesnt.
nor do my boss.

fark it.
iam spoiling myself tonite.
with a hot cocoa, window open, and the kite runner.
second time around.
