food!~

well,
the weather was crap!!!! ive been woken up by like.. a bloody tornado!!
its been raining all day, its very windy outside, and the sound of thunder is just sooo normal , its beginning to sound like the phone ringing...

had a bad day.
had to cancel todays plan due to unforeseen circumstance.
friends having bad day, and the uni is just pissing me off!

had to make a dessert to cool off this angry monster in me.

caramelized pear :)
simple.

cut pears into half.
take out the middle part(u know that seed thingy)
put in a baking tray, add butter (flora is the best!!), sugar and cinnamon
and just..let it bake basically...
temperature 190 C
the amount of sugar and butter is up to u. put more if u need it to be sweeter.

this is what i like about cooking..
personal preference.
and iam a firm believer that a dish shouldnt follow a recipe gram by gram
cmon,
live a lil.
put a lil extra pepper in ure steak,
a lil extra cream in ure pasta,
a lil more lemon in ure salad,

what the worse thing that can happen?
numb tongue?
