the highlight is actually my dublin trip.

we had the mini hurricane/storm last year, and this year, nature decided to strike again..
there was an earthquake yesterday morning about 1am. loads of news is reporting that it was felt all over england, but i doubt it... prolly certain area close to the epicentre.. but not all the way to Portsmouth!!..
well, hopefully everyone is all alright (there was no report of causalities, just damaged home)

i thought i had it in me to do the driving test. all was good, i read the book, practise the questions.. then i did a mock test!
i fucking failed by ONE POINT!! and its been like that since yesterday.
and iam like.. i dont want to fail by one point, and have to redo the whollleee thingy again.

one word to describe my holiday in dublin.
WIND
it was so windy, i really thought we were gonna be blown away to the irish seaaaaaaaaaa.
it was windy in the morning, afternoon and night.
we walked all over Dublin.. i kinda expected it, since i was hanging out with paiville..
the first two days of my stay in dublin started very positively. i actually got out of the house before 2pm and met paiville in the city centre.
we walked, walked and walked all over dublin.
we were in temple bar, O'Connell street, st abbey and we ended up in O'Neill's for pub lunch, which is a way of life here in dublin.
hung around for quite a few hours, then annu met us there too. decided that it was going to be a 'cake and movie' night, we went over to dunes (which is like, a store.) and got the alll important cake. the movies was supplied by me, since i went a bit nutcase over in hmv gatwick.
on our way back home, we stopped over by the ticket counter, to see if editor's gig ticket was still available. not much out of the assistant, she only pointed to the 'sold out' sign to us :(

the weekend however was filled with 'non-touristy' activities.
we went to a couple of parties, saw a truckload of Scottish man in kilts in city centre, had our usual after night out analysis talk and just having a good time.

I did manage to visit phoniex park (which is the largest park in europe), trinity college (the book of kells admission fee is such a ripoff!!), modern art museum, st stephen's freen, temple bar,grafton street and basically, all the sights and sound of dublin plus a lil bit more :)

we were suppose to visit a couple of places outside of dublin, but to sheer laziness, we didnt.
hats off to paivi for being such a good host, and her housemates. a holiday isnt a holiday if u dont have a couple of people to laugh with, trust me, we laughed a hell lot

my time in dublin shall be remembered with fondness. and it is a reminder,that i still have one place to go before visiting other country. finland.
and paiville, i shall keep my promise :)

well, dublin sphere was the witness.
i had a grand time there, doing really lazy things like watching dvd,eating home-cooked meals, having a laugh, and having the best nites out.
i wasn't a good tourist, i hung out with dubliners, and their idea of Dublin is totally different from the normal touristy things.
i appreciate difference :)

well, it hasnt.
i havent packed my luggage.
i have no idea where my passport is (this is horror to me)
i have tons of things to do tomorrow morning, i cant even begin listing it down, coz then i would freak the hell out.
talked to paiville today, weird as i'll be seeing her in like.. a few hours.. well.. not a few hours.. in a day.
i had a genius idea as to what i wanted as a gift for her.. get like, tons of balloons for her, and let her hold it the whole journey back to her place (just like me and anna did for eva's bday. holding 30 balloons and walked all the way to eva's place. 30!!! 30!!!!)
but then, remembered that ure not allowed to bring in balloons in the flight. coz of the helium gas or summats like that.
prrffh!!

so, gonna go down to the shops and figure out what to get her.
something nice.
i have an appointment with the hairdresser tomorrow tooo.. (iam listing arent i?)
i need a radical haircut. no coloring, just haircut. a super short haircut?
